As I’m preparing to preach this weekend, I’m seeing this simple yet profound “Three Stages of Revival” that I might share. You can see these three stages in Nehemiah 8-10.
Three stages of revival:
1. The reading, teaching and hearing of the Word of God – Neh. 8
2. The confession of sin (Individually and Corporately) – Neh. 9
3. A formal commitment to change (a binding agreement) – Neh. 10
The question that we have to ask is: Do I practice these?
